Compliance Service

Stay Compliant with Ease

Maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations can be an overwhelming responsibility for any business. From ensuring harassment prevention measures remain current and comprehensive to managing updates in your employee handbook, this task demands significant efforts.

Traliant can help streamline the process of creating, monitoring and maintaining your employee handbook, granting your organization the peace of mind it needs to stay up-to-date and compliant.

Policy and Employee Handbook Service

Traliant can help you create an employee handbook customized to meet your organization’s needs, comply with federal and state laws, and communicate the organization’s expectations.

Traliant’s Policy and Employee Handbook Service involves:

1. Handbook Creation
We will work closely with you to develop a customized employee handbook that fits your requirements and is compliant with the law. You provide us with some basic information, such as a list of states where you have employees working (including those working from home), your number of employees and your industry and we design an employee handbook based on your needs.

Once complete, you will have a customized handbook that will:

  • Comply with federal and state laws
  • Reduce the risk of lawsuits and fines for employment law violations
  • Communicate the organization’s expectations to employees
  • Inform employees where to receive guidance when they have questions
  • Serve as documentation in case of an employment dispute

2. Monitoring and Updating
We monitor US federal law and the law in 50 states. As laws change that require updates to your handbook, we notify you and provide you with an updated employee handbook.

3. Annual Employee Certification
We recommend that you provide your handbook to employees once a year and ask them to read and certify that they understand it. We can provide an online certification process to handle this process for you.

By partnering with Traliant, you can confidently navigate the intricacies of compliance, knowing that your organization’s employee handbook is expertly managed, updated and aligned with the latest regulations, freeing you to focus on what matters most – your business’s success and employee well-being.
