For over 40 years, he has conducted a wide range of civil litigation and regularly advises clients on subjects including antitrust, contracts, and intellectual property encompassing patents, trademarks and copyrights. He is an author and frequent lecturer on these topics. Mr. Thomashower is an honors graduate of Columbia University School of Engineering and Columbia Law School.
