William J. Rothwell, Ph.D., SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CPLP Fellow, is the President of Rothwell & Associates, Inc., where he focuses his practice on all aspects of talent management and succession planning. Mr. Rothwell is also a professor at Penn State University, where he oversees a graduate program in Human Resource Development and Employee Training. Mr. Rothwell is the author of numerous books on human resource management. Mr. Rothwell is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
