William A. Price is a transactional business lawyer and President of Growth Law, LLC. He has helped many business buyers and sellers with financing, securities law compliance, sale documentation, and dispute resolution. Bill has served as Chairman of the Institute for Illinois Business Law and of the Corporation, Securities, and Business Law Section Council and Administrative Law Section Council of the Illinois State Bar Association. Bill received a B.A. from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, and a J.D. and M.A. (Public Policy Studies) from Duke University.
