Wendy L. Patrick is a former hate crime prosecutor and a lecturer at San Diego State University. She is a contributing author to the Encyclopedia of Race and Racism and Hate Crimes: Causes, Controls, and Controversies. She was named as the 2014 Public Lawyer of the Year by the California State Bar.
