Tara Aaron is a partner at the law firm of Aaron | Sanders PLLC in Nashville, Tennessee. Her practice focuses on trademark and copyright transactional work for software companies, manufacturers, service providers, and creatives. Her clients include software firms and pharmaceutical and healthcare companies, from start-ups to public companies. She prosecutes and enforces extensive trademark portfolios for clients at home and abroad, and regularly drafts and consults on website terms of use and privacy policies. She has been named a Super Lawyers® “Mid-South Rising Star” from 2012 – 2015, and included in Best Lawyers® for her work in copyright law. She has also spoken and written widely on issues relating to U.S. intellectual property.
