Sujata Yalamanchili is a partner at Hodgson Russ LLP and leader of the Real Estate, Finance & Bankruptcy practice area. She draws upon her extensive experience in business and commercial real estate development, commercial leasing, and real estate investment and financing to provide business-focused legal advice to help her clients reach their goals. Sujata was recently listed in both Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business and Upstate New York Super Lawyers for her work in Real Estate. She has a B.S. (summa cum laude), and M.B.A., both from University at Buffalo, with a J.D. from Cornell Law School.
