Steven Holinstat is a senior counsel in the Litigation Department of Proskauer Rose LLP. Over the past two decades, he has handled complex, high-profile litigations that have resulted in hundreds of millions of dollars in recoveries. The latter include a nine-figure settlement in the bankruptcy of Ocala Funding, LCC, in which Steve was the lead litigator in a series of fraudulent conveyance cases involving one of the largest frauds in the history of the residential mortgage industry. Steven received his B.A. at the University of Michigan, and his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.
