Steve Baird is the Chair of Winthrop & Weinstine’s Intellectual Property Department and Trademark and Brand Management Group, and has over 25 years of experience in clearing and protecting brand trademarks. Steve has been recognized among the Best Lawyers in America® since 2012, has been an IPStar since 2013, and recognized by the World Trademark Review 1000. In 2016, Steve received Top Author accolades from JD Supra Reader’s Choice Awards, ranking 2nd out of 853 trademark authors in the U.S.
