Stacie L. Gollata, an attorney with Gorrell Giles Gollata Means PC, has been practicing commercial real estate law for nearly 20 years. Ms. Gollata’s practice focuses on the acquisition, finance, development, sale and leasing of improved and unimproved real property for medical, commercial, retail, industrial and residential purposes. Ms. Gollata represents both landlords and tenants in the negotiation of ground lease development and in office, commercial, retail, and industrial space leasing. She is a graduate of the University of California-Davis School of Law.
