Ryan McGovern is a government contracts litigator and counselor at Jones Day, with experience handling matters at all stages of the government procurement process.  Ryan has represented clients in False Claims Act lawsuits, internal investigations, bid protests, prime/subcontractor negotiations and disputes, suspension and debarment proceedings, Contract Disputes Act claims, M&A due diligence, and arbitrations. He received his J.D. from Georgetown University and his B.S. from the University of Maryland College Park.
