Ryan S. Klarberg is an associate at Pryor Cashman LLP with a practice concentrating in intellectual property litigation, digital media and entertainment. Mr. Klarberg has litigated a wide range of intellectual property actions involving trademark, copyright, and publicity rights and has helped recover multiple domain names that incorporated his clients’ trademarks (including Kanye West, Lady Gaga, Tidal Music, and Wiz Khalifa’s), including through federal litigations and proceedings before the World Intellectual Property Organization and The Forum. Mr. Klarberg has been named a Super Lawyers “Rising Star” in the area of intellectual property litigation in both 2016 and 2017. Mr. Klarberg is a graduate of the University of Michigan and University of Miami School of Law.
