Roberta Jacobs-Meadway is a member at Eckert Seamans and co-chair of the firm’s intellectual property practice. Ms. Meadway has over 40 years of experience representing clients in trademark, copyright, and unfair competition matters. Her practice includes litigating intellectual property disputes in the federal courts and trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. She is a graduate of Rutgers University School of Law.
