Robert B. Wynne is an Associate at McGuireWoods LLP. Mr. Wynne’s primary practice is in tax and employee benefits. Mr. Wynne regularly advises public and private clients on retirement and welfare plans, compensation arrangements, and compliance requirements. He represents clients in interactions with several government agencies, including the Internal Revenue Service, the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation and the Department of Labor. Mr. Wynne is a graduate of the University of North Carolina School of Law and earned his LL.M. in tax from the Georgetown University Law Center.
