Robert L. Roth is Managing Partner at Hooper, Lundy & Bookman, PC. Mr. Roth regularly counsels clients on matters arising under Medicare and Medicaid, including reimbursement, overpayment refunds/disclosure, and coordination of benefits. Previously, he served as senior attorney for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and Assistant Attorney General for the State of Maryland. Mr. Roth is a graduate of Syracuse University College of Law.
