Robert Leffel, Director of Advisory at The Red Flag Group, is an expert in corporate compliance. He has extensive experience consulting hundreds of corporations across all major industry sectors on building effective, “best practice” compliance and ethics programs. His projects included compliance risk assessments, program review and benchmarking, anti-corruption and third-party oversight programs, remediation and improvement strategies, culture of integrity surveys, training and communication programs, certifications, Board oversight practices, and code of conduct review and development.
