Robert B. Kaplan is a partner at Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell LLP and a senior member of the Firm’s Bankruptcy Group. Mr. Kaplan's practice focuses primarily on creditors' rights and bankruptcy related matters. Mr. Kaplan regularly advises clients on Commercial Code issues, real property and personal property transactions, and Chapter 11 cases involving commercial office buildings, hospitals, hotels, and apartment complexes in State and Federal courts. He is a graduate of Golden Gate University School of Law.
