Peter Feinberg has more than 25 years’ experience representing buyers and sellers in commercial and corporate transactions, including manufacturing, supply, distribution and OEM agreements. Mr. Feinberg has represented public and privately held companies, multinational firms, family owned businesses, startup companies and private equity firms in structuring and negotiating hundreds of domestic and international transactions. He practices in Silicon Valley at Hoge Fenton Jones & Appel. Mr. Feinberg is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, and the University of California, Davis School of Law.
