Peter Bach-y-Rita is an associate in the San Francisco office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department and the Business Restructuring & Reorganization Practice Group. Mr. Bach-y-Rita has litigated a wide range of cases, including matters involving the enforcement of guarantees, intercreditor agreements and commercial contracts. Mr. Bach-y-Rita regularly represents debtors and creditors in bankruptcies, workouts, distressed asset sales and adversary litigation. He is a graduate of Stanford Law School and earned his Ph.D. in Philosophy from MIT.
