Paul A. Williams is a partner at Shook Hardy & Bacon LLP. Mr. Williams focuses his trial practice on complex litigation and trial practice management. Mr. Williams has received national recognition for his innovative use of alternative financial arrangements and strategic litigation management techniques. Since 2004, he has managed the firm’s role as Tyco International’s National Counsel for Insured Litigation, leading a team of Shook lawyers in a flat-fee partnership with the company. Mr. Williams is a graduate of the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law.
