Michelle Cohen is a Member and Chair of the E-Commerce Practice at Ifrah PLLC, a Chambers-ranked boutique law firm in Washington, D.C. Ms. Cohen regularly counsels clients on marketing initiatives, including compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991 (“TCPA”) and litigation defense. Previously, Ms. Cohen was a partner at Thompson Hine and a member of the Firm’s telecommunications, corporate transactions & securities and emerging technologies groups. Ms. Cohen is a graduate of Emory University School of Law.
