Megan Zavieh focuses her practice exclusively on attorney ethics, representing attorneys facing State Bar disciplinary action, and providing guidance to practicing attorneys. After a Federal clerkship and New York BigLaw career, Ms. Zavieh transitioned to supporting attorneys facing difficult professional times. She believes that her mission to support lawyers can be fulfilled in countless innovative ways, and she is constantly striving to develop new tools to make defending and avoiding State Bar complaints easier and less costly. She created The Playbook: The California Bar Discipline System Practice Guide, a digital product for self-represented lawyers facing discipline. She also podcasts on issues related to legal ethics, and she offers assistance to self-represented lawyers to guide them through the discipline process. Ms. Zavieh has practiced law in New York, New Jersey, California, and now Georgia.
