Mary Norris is a partner in the firm's Corporate Practice Department, Health Information Technology Group, Art and Museum Law Group, Technology and Outsourcing Group, and Intellectual Property Group. Mary focuses her practice on commercial transactions, including licensing of all kinds, such as information technology, health care technology, trademarks, copyright, and other intellectual property; business process and information technology outsourcing; and publishing in all media. Mary's practice includes representation of start-up companies with intellectual property as their primary asset, such as information technology and new media companies, as well as large and middle market companies that are customers or vendors of technology. Mary works with clients in many industries, including health care, education, financial services, and publishing, and counsels clients in matters relevant to these industries, such as privacy and security matters, and intellectual property protection.
