Marko J. Mrkonich is a Shareholder at Littler Mendelson P.C, where he focuses his practice on representing management in labor and employment matters. Mr. Mrkonich regularly advises clients on the use of Big Data in employment practices, and he is currently one of the leaders of Littler’s Big Data initiative and its efforts to help develop policies around the use of Big Data. Mr. Mrkonich is co-author of “Big Data” and the Risk of Employment Discrimination, 68 Okla. L. Rev. No. 3 at 555 (Spring 2016) and a primary co-author of the Littler Report on Big Data, The Big Move Toward Big Data in Employment (August 2015). He is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Law School.
