Maria-Vittoria "Giugi" Carminati is a trial attorney and litigator, women’s advocate, and founder of Carminati Law PLLC, a distributed law firm. Her practice consists of commercial and business litigation, family law, and mediation. Ms. Carminati is a graduate of the University of Houston Law Center and of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Law School where she obtained an LLM in Space, Cyber & Telecommunications Law.
