Linda Carter Batiste is a Principal Consultant with the Job Accommodation Network (JAN) and is a member of JAN’s management team. Ms. Carter regularly counsels clients on the Americans with Disabilities Act and other disability related legislation. Ms. Carter is a graduate of West Virginia University College of Law.
