Kenneth N. Rashbaum, a partner at Barton LLP in New York and head of its Privacy and Cybersecurity Practice Group, advises multinational corporations, financial services organizations, technology companies and life sciences organizations in the areas of cyber-security, privacy and e-discovery. Ken serves as Policy and Government Affairs Officer of the Section of International Law of the American Bar Association and is also an Adjunct Professor of Law at Fordham Law School. Prior to joining Barton LLP, Ken was a senior litigation partner at Sedgwick LLP (formerly Sedgwick, Detert, Moran & Arnold).
