Joel A. Rose is a Certified Management Consultant and President of Joel A. Rose & Associates, Inc., management consultants to the legal profession. Mr. Rose regularly performs and directs consulting assignments in law firm management and organization, strategic and financial planning, lawyer compensation, and the feasibility of mergers and acquisitions and marketing of legal services. Mr. Rose is author of a chapter in the newest book on partner compensation, Compensation Design For Law Firms. He is a graduate of New York University and the Wharton Graduate School of Business.
