Jason A. Geller is managing partner of the San Francisco office of Fisher & Phillips LLP. Mr. Geller represents employers in all facets of employment law matters, including whistleblowing and retaliation claims. Mr. Geller regularly defends employers in litigation involving claims under the Family and Medical Leave Act and California Family Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the California Fair Employment and Housing Act and California wage and hour laws. Mr. Geller is a graduate of Gonzaga University School of Law.
