Heather Kelly is a partner in Gordon & Rees’s Denver office, where her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and professional liability defense. Ms. Kelly regularly defends lawyers, accountants, directors and officers in discipline and malpractice matters. She frequently presents on topics relating to ethics, privileges, confidentiality, and technology. Ms. Kelly is a graduate of the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
