Glenn Grindlinger is a Partner at Fox Rothschild LLP. Mr. Grindlinger’s primary practice is in labor and employment law. Mr. Grindlinger regularly defends clients in single plaintiff cases and class actions involving claims of Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and state wage and hour law violations. He also routinely represents clients in cases alleging breach of contract and breach of restrictive covenant as well as age, race, national origin, gender, disability, sexual orientation and religious discrimination, harassment and retaliation. Mr. Grindlinger is a graduate of Cornell University and New York University School of Law.
