Giovanna M. Cinelli is a partner at Dentons US LLP and chair of the Firm's Export Controls and National Security practice. Ms. Cinelli regularly counsels defense and high technology companies on a broad range of issues affecting national security, including export compliance, CFIUS reviews, and investigations. During her 30-year career, Ms. Cinelli has handled dozens of complex civil and criminal investigations, transactional due diligence for major cross-border investments, export licensing, and negotiations of export enforcement settlements. Ms. Cinelli is a graduate of Catholic University School of Law.
