Eugenie D. Rivers offers a wide range of legal services to assist entrepreneurs, business owners and investors structure, fund and grow their ventures. Ms. Rivers regularly advises clients on strategic entity structuring, equity and debt securities offerings, real estate investment LLCs and transactions, executive compensation, business purchase and sales, and bank and commercial finance transactions. Ms. Rivers is Of Counsel with Wong Fleming, P.C., through her own firm, Rivers Business Law, Inc., which she formed in 2003. Previously, Ms. Rivers was a corporate finance partner at Davis Wright Tremaine in Seattle. Ms. Rivers is a graduate of the University of Washington School of Law.
