David J. Goldstein is a shareholder in the Minneapolis office of Littler Mendelson, P.C. Mr. Goldstein regularly advises clients on effectively utilizing human resources, complying with legal and regulatory requirements, avoiding liability, and resolving internal and external disputes. Mr. Goldstein also assists employers with the preparation and approval of affirmative action plans and represents government contractors in connection with Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), state, and local compliance reviews. Mr. Goldstein is a graduate of Harvard Law School.
