David Goldenberg is a Founding Partner of VLP Law Group LLP. Mr. Goldenberg regularly represents technology companies in contractual, corporate, and employment matters, and he has overseen numerous mergers. Previously, Mr. Goldenberg was general counsel of Mediabolic, Inc., the leading embedded entertainment software company in Silicon Valley. Before that, he practiced at Morrison Foerster. Mr. Goldenberg is a graduate of Stanford University and Stanford Law School.
