David Cook
David J. Cook has been practicing in the area of enforcement of judgments and collection of debts for the past 40 years. Mr. Cook represents Fred Goldman in his historic quest to recover the $42,000,000 judgment against O.J. Simpson. He is also the author of the Debt Collector's Handbook (ABA, 2014) and Collection, Demand and Commercial Letter (ABA, 2015). Mr. Cook is a graduate of Golden Gate University School of Law.
