Danielle Garcia is an associate attorney in the San Diego office of Fisher Phillips, a national employment law firm. Danielle regularly conducts seminars and workshops on drafting handbooks and compliant policies, and lectures on labor and employment law topics for human resources professionals at San Diego State University. Danielle has also written publications related to the areas of traditional labor and employment law, including arbitration agreements and other components of employee handbooks. Danielle is a graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law, and worked for several years as a human resources generalist before becoming an attorney.
