Daniel Vinish is counsel with Crowell & Moring’s New York office, where he focuses on complex commercial litigation, data privacy, and cybersecurity laws. Mr. Vinish regularly advises clients on issues involving breach notification laws, the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Federal Trade Commission Act, and other federal and state laws. He is a graduate of Saint John’s University School of Law.
