Christofer Fattey is a partner at Hodgson Russ LLP and leader of the Banking & Finance practice area. He is a versatile business lawyer with significant experience in commercial lending, project finance and construction matters. Chris represents lenders and borrowers in asset-based, mortgage-based, floor-plan, bond, construction, cross-border, and acquisition transactions. Chris was recently listed in Upstate New York Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” for the third year in a row for his work in Banking. He has a B.A. from College of the Holy Cross and a J.D. (magna cum laude) from University at Buffalo School of Law.
