Cara Crotty is a partner in the Columbia, SC office of Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete, LLP. Ms. Crotty’s primary practice is in employment law, and she regularly advises employers on employment discrimination and retaliation claims, as well as on various other federal and state law claims. Ms. Crotty represents federal contractors covered by Executive Order 11246 in their affirmative action compliance obligations. She frequently presents on compliance with OFCCP regulations.
