Mr. Werner regularly presents on business, tax, financial and estate planning. He was rated as having the highest speaker knowledge in Pennsylvania by the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Werner is a graduate of Widener University and Delaware Law School.
