Angeles Garcia Cassin practices employment and commercial litigation at Greenberg Traurig. She advises management on preventative measures and defends against federal and state employment discrimination and retaliation claims as well as wage and hour claims. Angeles represents companies and executives in disputes over non-compete agreements, misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duty claims. She’s had the privilege of learning from fantastic litigators during lengthy jury trials and has tried a case to a jury herself. She is a graduate of Wellesley College and the University of Houston Law Center.
