Amanda Herrmann is a director at Ashby & Geddes. She has worked in the Bankruptcy and Insolvency practice since joining the firm in 2004. Since joining the firm, Amanda has represented a broad variety of clients in complex Chapter 11 corporate bankruptcy proceedings, including debtors in possession, unsecured creditors’ committees, lenders, landlords, equipment lessors, liquidating trusts, and trade creditors, including appeals to the United States District Court for the District of Delaware and the Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. In law school, Amanda served as Executive Editor of the Villanova Sports & Entertainment Law Journal and received the 2004 Outstanding Editorial Board Member Award. She also served as Legal Intern to the Honorable Mary F. Walrath, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the District of Delaware, during the summer of 2002. In 2006, Amanda was recognized by the Delaware Supreme Court as a recipient of the Exemplary Pro Bono Publico Service Award.
