Alexandra is an associate in the New York office of Reed Smith and a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment Group. She represents and advises employers on a range of employment and labor law matters. Her practice includes defending employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, as well as wage-and-hour, whistleblower, and leave violations before federal and state courts and administrative agencies. She also has experience representing employers and individual defendants in claims of sexual harassment in the workplace and educational environment. Ms. Manfredi also advises on all aspects of the employer-employee relationship from hire to separation, assisting employers with the daily management of employment issues and counseling on best practices and compliance.
