Alexander J. Davie is a corporate and securities attorney at Riggs Davie PLC. Mr. Davie regularly advises clients on regulatory compliance with various governmental agencies, including the Securities and Exchange Commission. Mr. Davie is Chair of the Nashville Bar Association’s Business Law Committee and serves as a mentor at the Nashville Entrepreneur Center. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and Duke University School of Law.
