Alden Bianchi is a Member at Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C., where he leads the firm’s Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation practice. Mr. Bianchi regularly advises clients on executive compensation, employee benefits, and the Affordable Care Act's impact on employers. Mr. Mintz represented the Romney administration in the historic 2006 Massachusetts health care reform act. He has testified about health care reform before the Senate Finance Committee and is the author of the Bloomberg/Bureau of National Affairs Health Care Reform Advisor, a comprehensive work on the impact of the Affordable Care Act on employers and employer-sponsored group health plans. Mr. Bianchi is a graduate of Boston University School of Law.
