The instructor did wonderfully connecting humanly – even though this is virtual and pre-recorded. The content (which isn’t necessarily a pleasant topic) was provided in an interesting way with great examples. The instructor mirroed the behavior he advises.

Can I ask questions during the webinar?

If I can’t attend a webinar live, can I view the recording later?
