I loved the way the speaker used his own failings as a reference on what NOT to do. His points were superb. I had just come back from a meeting with a client & these were some of the very issues we discussed. I am setting up another meeting to go back over these points with them. Thank you for a great summary of what to think about when trying to run a business!
