The need for diversity and inclusion in the workplace is more important now than ever before. Upon course completion, you will be able to:
- Distinguish between diversity and inclusion
- Implement best recruitment practices and retain top talent
- Organize an engaged and motivated workforce
- Analyze and modify company policies regarding recruitment and internal promotions
- Avoid the risk of discrimination claims
- Recognize and address implicit bias in the workplace

If I can’t attend a webinar live, can I view the recording later?
