The last few weeks have seen seismic shifts in the COVID-19 workplace safety landscape. Below is a state-by-state summary of some of the most important changes (and continued requirements):
The New York Department of Health issued an order, effective December 13, 2021, requiring all persons to wear masks in all indoor public places unless the business has implemented a vaccine requirement. The order expires on January 15, 2022, but it can be extended at the Department’s discretion.
